The cover of Ourzone’s Slam Dunk Festival special needed to bring forward elements of the official festival graphics and also maintain our own unique style.
The feature focuses on the US four piece and their individual personalities. The ‘Blankety Blank’ style windows on the cover were great fun to implement.
Four Year Strong are set to Tear Up The UK this year and that was the theme that was stuck to with this cover and supporting feature.
This was a really fun one to work on due to the great concept and play on words with the title of the band’s forthcoming album.
The front cover of the final Ourzone issue of 2011 needed to be a bold one. This is one of my favourite covers to date.
For Twenty Twenty’s ‘Move It’ single, I came up with this Idea to play on the three individual band members and their fan base appeal.
Octane OK had thought of this concept of a girl with a red balloon and were excited to use it for their debut EP release.
ACE Sports Travel wanted a bold logo design. Their tagline is “A Complete Experience” this is highlighted by the three colour concept.
Designed for the November 2011 issue of Ourzone Magazine. The tagline is ‘Against The Clock’ This was played on with the spiral & text.
Designed for the September 2011 issue of Ourzone. The brain plays on the ‘Radiosurgery’ theme set by the bands forthcoming album.
This is one of my favourite features to date with the addition of the flame illustration. The cover of this issue is comprised of 5 individual shots.
A really great photo helped to give this cover some impact. I’m pleased with the feel of this cover and it’s supporting feature.
